1. Who processes your data

The data controller for this website is ALLDIS EXPRESS SRL, VAT ID RO41383590, Trade Register no. J2023022625402, registered office: 27-33 Nerva Traian St., office 6, Block B, 1st floor, Sector 3, Bucharest 031044, Romania (“we”). You can reach us through the contact form.

2. What data we process and why

  • Supplier proposals: company name, country, website, contact person, business email, phone, cooperation type, categories, logistics and commercial terms. We use them to evaluate your proposal and to start a business relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in finding suppliers (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Contact messages: name, email, company, subject and message, used to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • Technical data: IP address and technical request information, kept temporarily for security and to protect the forms against automated (spam) messages.

3. How long we keep data

Supplier proposals are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, so we can come back to you when a new need arises. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last correspondence. Messages identified as spam are deleted after 30 days.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell or rent data. Within our group, proposals may be shared with the companies that will buy from you. We use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, form protection and email forwarding), Google (email) and our internal business-management software. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses). Data is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or with the authority in your country.
